One-to-one support to help your dog feel calmer, move better and cope with everyday life

Fitness | Strength | Confidence

Every dog and every owner is different.

If you’re looking for dog training or behaviour support in Plymouth, it’s not always about doing more, it’s about understanding your dog better:

  • Some need structure.

  • Some need a calm, flexible outlet.

  • Some just need a more thoughtful approach.

How I can help

Puppy class

Strong start puppies

A structured, one-to-one pathway to give your puppy the best possible start.

Designed for people who want more than a standard puppy class, Strong Start focuses on:

  • helping your puppy settle and switch off

  • building confidence in the world around them

  • developing real-life skills (not just cues)

Sessions are tailored to your puppy and your lifestyle, so everything feels relevant and achievable.

After each session, you’ll get a short summary so you know exactly what to focus on.

👉 Best for: puppies up to around 6 months old, but if you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch.

£270 for 6 week programme. Each session is around 40 minutes, giving your puppy time to learn without becoming overwhelmed or overtired.

Canine fitness

Move & explore for companion dogs

A one-to-one session tailored to your dog.

These sessions give your dog a calm, structured outlet where they can:

  • move freely

  • explore different activities

  • engage mentally and physically

We use a mix of simple exercises, movement-based activities and problem-solving games to support your dog’s body and mind, giving them a fulfilling alternative to a walk.

👉 Best for: any dog who would benefit from a calmer, more fulfilling outlet, or for people looking for a more relaxed way to spend time together

£30 for a 1:1 drop in 40 minute session.

Senior dogs

Active ageing for
senior dogs

A relaxed, one-to-one session to help your dog stay comfortable, mobile and engaged

These sessions focus on:

  • supporting comfortable movement

  • keeping your dog active

  • helping you understand how to support them day-to-day

Everything is adapted to your dog’s needs, with a calm, low-pressure approach.

Appropriate movement can make a real difference for older dogs, helping maintain mobility, support comfort and keep them engaged with life.

👉 Best for: dogs who are starting to slow down.

£30 for a 1:1 drop in 40 minute session

“Tracey is incredible. She has been integral to getting the help my girl needed to be pain free and living a very happy life. I would not hesitate to take any of my dogs to see her.”
