Bringing home a new puppy is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming.
Everyone seems to have different advice, and it can be hard to know what really matters. Some well-meaning advice can unintentionally ask too much of a young puppy, physically or mentally, so they become overstimulated and struggle to switch off.
Strong Start is a one-to-one programme designed to give your puppy the right foundations from day one. Because every puppy is different, sessions are built entirely around your puppy's breed, temperament and individual needs, with the time and attention a group class simply can't offer.
Sessions are held at Unit 20, Westover Industrial Estate, Ivybridge, PL21 9ES.

How to recognise and manage your puppy's arousal levels and helping them learn to self-regulate

How it works
1. Foundations Assessment (single session, £35)
A one-off session with no ongoing commitment. I'll assess your puppy's movement, temperament and arousal patterns, and give you a personalised plan to take away — useful whether or not you continue on to the full programme.
2. Start Strong Programme (3 sessions, £90)
Available to book after your assessment. Across three sessions, we'll build on your puppy's plan together, focusing on
