Helping Your Dog Stay Strong, Mobile, and Happy
What this is
A tailored therapeutic exercise and conditioning service for dogs — improving strength, balance, flexibility, body awareness and overall wellbeing through evidence-informed, progressive, pain-aware exercises tailored to your dog’s needs.
A substitute for veterinary physiotherapy or clinical rehab. If your dog has an injury or condition that requires physio-level care, I’ll work alongside your vet and follow their guidance.

FAQs
-
If your dog has a medical condition or current injury, we ask that your vet has assessed them and confirmed it’s safe for them to start a fitness pathway. This helps us work in a way that’s supportive of your dog’s overall health, not a replacement for clinical assessment. If they are considered fit and healthy, then we can get started straight away.
-
My service focuses on therapeutic exercise and conditioning — personalised plans to build strength, balance, mobility and confidence safely. This isn’t clinical physiotherapy, which is usually directed by or with a vet for injury/rehab. If your dog is under veterinary care or needs physio-level intervention, I can work alongside your vet’s guidance.
-
Yes, but only with veterinary consent. I will ask you to confirm your vet has assessed your dog recently and is happy for you to start a fitness programme.
-
Each session includes a movement check, guided exercises tailored to your dog, and adjustments based on progress. We make sure exercises are introduced in a positive, comfortable way that builds confidence and consistency. You’ll also get clear take-home instructions and support between sessions.
-
Most sessions take place in your home or garden. If you prefer, we can arrange outdoor sessions in a suitable, quiet area.
-
Absolutely! Canine fitness is a great bonding experience for dog and human, so most dogs love it. Exercises are introduced gradually, always respecting your dog’s comfort and confidence.
-
Absolutely. All pathway packages include email support, and I’m happy to help answer questions or refine exercises in between sessions to help you and your dog feel confident about progressing.
