Personalised dog fitness plans to improve strength, flexibility, and wellbeing

Helping Your Dog Stay Strong, Mobile, and Happy

Just like us, dogs feel better when their bodies are strong, flexible, and comfortable. Whether you share life with a young, energetic dog or a senior companion, proactive fitness and wellbeing support can help prevent injury, maintain mobility, and promote a happier, healthier life.

At Shaping Dogs, I offer tailored fitness programmes designed around your dog’s unique needs, age, and lifestyle using kind, evidence-based techniques that respect your dog’s comfort and confidence.

Who is this for?

Fitness and wellbeing coaching is ideal if your dog:

  • Is slowing down with age and you’d like to maintain strength and independence

  • Is a sports or working dog who needs muscle strengthening and injury prevention support

  • Is a puppy and you want to learn about how to exercise them safely

  • Has recovered from injury and needs help building confidence and muscle safely

  • Shows signs of stiffness or compensation

  • Struggles to settle or needs more appropriate mental and physical outlets

From young dogs learning healthy movement habits to seniors staying active, every plan is designed to be safe, gradual, and enjoyable.

Tracey is incredible. She has been integral to getting the help my girl needed to be pain free and living a very happy life. I would not hesitate to take any of my dogs to see her.
