If you would like to personalise it before sharing it with clients, you are welcome to add your logo. This is completely optional and takes just a few minutes.

How to add your logo in Canva (free version)

1️⃣ Go to canva.com and log in (or create a free account)

2️⃣ Click Create a design → Import file

3️⃣ Upload the PDF you purchased

4️⃣ Open the first page

5️⃣ Click Uploads → Upload files and select your logo

6️⃣ Place your logo in the lower space above the footer

7️⃣ Repeat on each page if you wish

8️⃣ Click Share → Download → PDF (Print) to save your personalised version

Tips for best results

  • Keep logo width around 2–3 cm on A4 (avoid making it too large)

  • Transparent PNG logos look cleanest

  • Colour logos are fine — the handout design is intentionally neutral

  • If you prefer, you can send the PDF as-is without editing it at all

Pefer not to use Canva?

  • You can also add your logo using any PDF editor, including:

    • Preview (Mac)

    • Adobe Acrobat

    • PDF Candy (browser tool)

    Simply upload the PDF, insert your logo image, and re-save.
