Our Strong Start Puppy Fitness sessions are designed to help your pup develop balance, strength, and confidence in a fun, safe way. Each session combines simple fitness games, low-impact exercises, and confidence-building challenges that support healthy movement and prevent problems later in life. You’ll also learn how to spot early signs of discomfort or worry so you can give your pup the best start possible..
