Each session combines simple fitness games, low-impact exercises, and confidence-building challenges that support healthy movement and prevent problems later in life. You’ll also learn how to spot early signs of discomfort or worry so you can give your pup the best start possible..

  • Balance & Coordination – improve stability, proprioception, and posture.

  • Strength & Mobility – build core and limb strength through controlled exercises.

  • Focus & Control – enhance your dog’s ability to listen, stay calm, and work with you under mild distractions.

  • Bonding & Confidence – support your dog’s wellbeing and trust as you learn to work as a team.

Whether your dog is active and athletic or simply loves to learn, each exercise can be adapted to their individual needs and fitness level.

We use a combination of balance equipment, poles, platforms, and fun challenges to keep sessions varied and engaging
